What A F*CKING WEEKEND

So Friday night was Jse's big Halloween party. The guy that won best costume and 750 bucks was a guy dressed like Tom Hanks from Castaway complete with Wilson the volleyball. Who says the 90's are dead? Of all the costumes though, I believe our own afternoon jock Mark Thompson took the cake (Mark's a big guy, probably a few pieces of cake)by dressing up as an overweight Mr. T who desperately needs a tan. He had the overalls, the chains, and I pity the fool who feels otherwise. Now the next night, Pearl Jam closed the Philadelphia Spectrum and I just happened to be there. It was weird. I sat in the press box so everyone around me was "somebody" except me. I'm just a rock and roll kid from NY. There were some heavy hitting Philly D. J.'s around me. Now the show went 4 hours. I loved it, but the truth is I'd rather have been just one of the fans down on the floor rocking out. These other guys just sat there and watched the show. What fun is that? No sing alongs, no yelling and shouting requests, no energy. Maybe it's cool to be somebody, but it's a lot more fun just being one of the crowd
